X-Blue Pigment Hairspray you will get the desiredX BLUE Made from preservative glycerin, water soluble cosmetic dye and tocopherol WITHOUT parabens, silicone, sulfates, petroleum derivatives and animal oils. Available in format: 120 ml Manual SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Use with your favorite Peke Secret shampoo or conditioner. Mix 1 4 cup (60ml 2oz) of Peke Secret products with 1 2 cup of water (120ml 4oz) and 15 to 25 drops of pigment, mix well. Preferably use the Peke Secret mixer.
