SMOKE CHECK basic training Loggerhead Inn & SuitesThis program is to put it frankly is a challenge in itself. Sometimes we need to embark on a journey of mental toughness in order to grow both physically and mentally. If you are a beginner at fitness, we do not suggest that you start with this program. This program is designed for someone at the moderate to advance level. Most people that start this program will not finish it. It is a 7 day a week program meaning there are no off days for 6 weeks.
