Brigaldara makes serious Amarone, but this bottling is the opposite of heavy: a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella from older vineyards, fermented fresh and raised briefly in steel to keep its fruit and lift intact. There is no drying of grapes and no oak here, just juicy red fruit
