This dress is almost completely covered in fringe! The placement of the fringe was precise. We left just enough of the actual dress visible, to show off the wasp waist and leg with the slit opening. The one shoulder bodice replicates the true vintage style we were aiming to capture. The long fitted skirt features a high slit to show off those gams!
